Import & Export
Bring data in from CSV and export any list to a spreadsheet.
What it is
Most list screens can export to CSV, and Leads, Clients and Contacts can also import from CSV.
Export
- Click Export CSV on a list to download exactly what you see.
- Opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers (UTF-8 with BOM).
Import
- Click Import CSV, then Download template to see the expected columns.
- Common header names are matched automatically (e.g. Company, Email, MRR).
- Up to 1000 rows / 2 MB per import; rows missing the required field are skipped and reported.
