What it is
Conversations brings inbound and outbound client messages into one threaded inbox, linked to the client record.
What you can do
- Read and reply to WhatsApp and Email threads in one place.
- See the linked client and their history alongside the thread.
- Incoming email is synced automatically when IMAP is configured (Settings → Email).
Good to know
- Replies send through your workspace's active email provider (Resend or SMTP).
- Opening a thread marks it read for the whole team.
