What it is
Contracts record the signed agreement behind a project or retainer, including renewal timing.
What you can do
- Create a contract from an accepted quote or from scratch, set the type (MSA, NDA, SOW, retainer…) and attach the document.
- Track status and renewal dates — contracts renewing within 60 days are flagged.
E-signature
- Open a contract and copy its E-signature link to share with the client.
- The client reviews the terms and types their name to sign online — no login needed.
- Once signed, the contract shows who signed and when, and moves to Signed automatically.
